Who we are defines how we operate

VVF Consulting is deliberately small, deliberately senior, and deliberately focused. We built the firm around a simple idea: deliver the caliber of advice and the operational instinct that multinationals take for granted — to the small and mid-sized companies that rarely get access to it.

The founder brings 20+ years of hands-on experience earned across the full vertical of a business — from ground-level controlling and shared-services build-outs, through plant-level leadership, up to the boardroom and C-suite. Member of the executive team first, then leading it. A career spent inside heavy-industry and manufacturing environments, through growth, restructuring, M&A and transformation. In short: someone who has actually done the job before advising others on how to do it.

Around the founder, VVF mobilises a network of senior profiles cut from the same cloth. Program and project managers who have led large-scale initiatives inside global technology leaders, and bring with them the delivery discipline, the product mindset and the operational rigour those environments are known for. Alongside them, deep technical specialists — notably data engineers with a strong focus on data visualisation and management reporting — who turn raw information into the dashboards, KPIs and decision tools that management actually uses.

It is this combination — operator seniority, big-tech delivery culture, and deep technical craftsmanship — that defines how VVF works. We are not the biggest firm you will talk to. We are the one you call when it actually has to work.
